CLIENT SERVICE / MARKETING ASSOCIATE   DTLA
The individual will be responsible for supporting senior sales and client service staff.  They will also be expected to work effectively as part of a team and be able to take direction from multiple team members.  Strong interpersonal skills are also required.  Specific responsibilities will include items such as the completion of written sales proposals, in-depth competitive analyses, development of customized sales materials, maintenance of client and prospect databases, and completion of client attribution reports. This individual will work alongside three other Associates in the Sales, Marketing & Client Service team.  Given the stage of the company's development, this is a critical role that will have visibility into all areas of the business.  It is also a role that will require a significant commitment to the company's growth.

SENIOR UNDERWRITER- Professional Liability  $90K - $110K
Strong Excess and Surplus Lines experience in Professional Liability products.  Will be responsible  for managing pricing objectives, profit improvement, profit improvement opportunities and combined loss ration results.  in addition, this candidate will direct the underwriting risk section and underwriting process.  The candidate will collaborate with the company's Underwriting, Actuarial, Reinsurance, Systems, Claims and Legal functions. The individual will manage all aspects of the brokerage relationship including visitation to present out products. 8-10 years experience with a strong background in professional Liability products lines through a wholesale broker distribution systems.  Position is in DTLA and offers excellent benefit package and a great team to work with.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER, Houston, TX  $90K - $110K This position manages the daily activities of the global software accounting department and is responsible for: Preparing and reviewing reports including trend analysis, analytics, flux analysis, report summaries and conclusions, proper documentation, proper and sufficient presentation, and proper and sufficient documentation for journal entry support. Ability to build relationships and interface with other non-accounting (as well as accounting / finance) departments, including R&D operations, FP&A, IT, corporate accounting, financial reporting, and the equivalents internationally. Must have Criteria: CPA and under grad in Accounting 5-7 years of Corporate Accounting Experience , (Publicly Held Company  Direct People Management Experience), ERP systems experience (SAP or Oracle), Local Houston.

TAX MANAGER - Oakland, CA  $100K-  Responsible for all aspects of US tax compliance and planning. Responsible for quarterly/annual tax provision and compliance activities for all global entities. Research and draft technical memo and make appropriate recommendations for various income tax related items. Assist with planning of legal entities structure to minimize tax impact. Manage various tax audits and interface with tax or other regulatory authorities. Coordinate with all international entities for local tax compliance, filings and other tax related matters. Responsible for FAS123R calculations regarding APIC pools and its impact on tax. Assist with tax related analysis and special projects. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of related experience with global taxation's with a multinational company and preferably a minimum of 2-3 years with a large public accounting firm. Strong knowledge of income tax and related US GAAP. Current knowledge and experience with various accounting standards, principles and pronouncements related with tax. Strong technical knowledge of SFAS 109, Fin 48, tax provisions, compliance's and planning. Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance, Certified Public Accountant.

EXECUTIVE HOUSE KEEPER, Hermosa Beach, CA  $45K - $55K:  Responsibilities include all aspects of managing the day-to-day housekeeping and laundry operations for this 161-room luxury resort.  Trains, coaches, supervises, and develops staff of 35 associates to meet established exacting company standards.  Maintains par levels of supplies.  Minimum three years experience as housekeeping department manager in a 4-diamond resort or hotel a MUST.  Fluent in Spanish and English - verbal AND written a MUST.  Knowledge of proper chemical handling. Ability to input and access information in the property management system which requires good keyboarding skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
